How We Build: Map, Architect, Hand Off | Aurea Growth

Approach

Build it right. Document it. Then get out of the way.

Most agencies are designed to keep you. We're designed to finish. Here's how an Aurea engagement actually runs.

01

Map what's actually happening

Before anything gets built we sit with the people doing the work and document the real process — including the workarounds nobody put in the org chart. Every assumption gets verified against live data, not described from memory. Most of what we find in this phase is not what leadership expected.

02

Architect the system on paper first

You get a written architecture before we touch a platform: every pipeline stage, every tag, every workflow trigger, every integration and every field. It's specific enough that a competent operator could execute it without us — which is exactly the point, and exactly how we prove the design is sound.

03

Build the whole thing

Site, CRM, automation and intelligence layer are built together, in dependency order, by the person who designed them. No handoff to a delivery team, no half-finished layer waiting on a second vendor's timeline.

04

Test it end to end, with real data

Every path gets run as one unbroken chain — click through form through record through automation through pipeline through report. Integrations are validated against live API responses before they're trusted. Nothing ships on the assumption that it should work.

05

Train the people who'll run it

Live walkthroughs with the team, plain-language documentation written for the person who has to use it on a Tuesday, and recorded sessions for whoever joins next quarter. If you don't have an operator, we'll source and train one.

06

Hand off cleanly

Credentials transferred, documentation delivered, ownership fully yours. We stay close through the first weeks of independent operation, then step back. Retainers are available — but you should be able to say no to one.

Founder & Principal Architect

Twenty years in brand and positioning, four building and deploying CRM automation systems, and more than fifty platform deployments across healthcare, education, professional services, finance and deep tech.

Aurea is deliberately small. You get the person who scoped your project designing it, building it, testing it and training your team on it — and one point of accountability when something needs to change.
