Work
Four industries. One architecture.
A geophysics firm, a private capital vehicle, a software product and a private school have almost nothing in common — except that all four needed the same thing: a system that captures demand, works it without being reminded, and reports honestly.
Willowstick
Deep Tech · Geophysics
The situation
Willowstick maps and models groundwater flow paths using patented magnetometric resistivity technology — work that has been deployed on hundreds of projects worldwide for mining operators, dam safety engineers, environmental consultants and municipalities.
The technology is world-class. The demand engine around it was not. Enquiries arrived through channels nobody owned, sales cycles measured in months had no system holding the thread between touches, and the website spoke to engineers who already knew the company rather than to the buyers who didn't.
What we built
A full-stack rebuild, delivered as one engagement: a new state-of-the-art website positioned for the technical buyer, a complete CRM configuration built around a long, multi-stakeholder sale, and an automated prospecting and sales pipeline running on top of both.
What it runs on
Claude drives the prospecting layer — researching target accounts, drafting outreach specific to the project type, qualifying inbound enquiries and keeping long-cycle opportunities warm between human touches.
Frontier Ridge Capital Partners
Private Capital · Mining & Critical Minerals
The situation
Frontier Ridge deploys principal capital on a long horizon across mining, critical minerals, mining-adjacent technology and digital reserves — eight defined pillars running from production asset acquisition through streaming and royalty positions to development capital.
It is also the hardest kind of entity to build a digital system for. Frontier Ridge is not a fund, not a broker-dealer and not an adviser. It doesn't solicit investor capital and it doesn't run a public pipeline. Every engagement is private, qualification-gated and confidential. Conventional lead generation isn't merely the wrong tool here — it's off the table entirely.
What we built
The complete stack, end to end. A website built for institutional credibility and multi-generational continuity rather than conversion volume, with the governance posture stated plainly on every page. Underneath it, a CRM configured around deal stages instead of sales stages — initial advisory, pre-facility, NI 43-101 verified, feasibility ready, facility in execution — so the pipeline reflects diligence reality rather than optimism.
What it runs on
The Claude C-Wing — Frontier Ridge's operating intelligence layer. It handles counterparty and asset research, diligence document review and summarization, engagement-stage briefings, and the drafting behind confidential correspondence. Principals stay the decision-makers. The C-Wing removes the work between decisions.
BizRep A.I.
SaaS · AI Voice Agents
The situation
BizRep A.I. sells VoiceWeb — an AI voice agent that answers every inbound call and opens a real conversation with every website visitor, 24/7. It books the appointment, qualifies the lead and routes the emergency, for HVAC companies, dental and medical practices, chiropractors, plumbers, med spas, auto shops and law firms.
It's also ours. Which makes it the one engagement where we were the client, the architect and the operator at the same time — and the only product on this page we can talk about from the inside.
What we built
The entire go-to-market machine. Brand and product positioning, the marketing site, an interactive revenue-recovery calculator that shows a prospect their own missed-call losses before it shows them a price, a solution builder, and programmatic landing-page architecture spanning eight industries across eight metros. Behind it: onboarding automation, customer lifecycle sequences and the internal pipeline the business runs on.
What it runs on
Claude powers the product itself — the conversation layer customers actually talk to — and the C-Wing runs the growth engine behind it. Same architecture we deploy for clients, stress-tested against our own revenue instead of somebody else's.
Creekside Christian Academy
Education · Private K–12
The situation
Creekside is a private Christian academy in McDonough, Georgia. Prospective families toured the campus, loved what they saw — and then heard almost nothing. Tours were happening. Follow-up was not.
Enrollment was being lost in the gap between a great campus visit and an actual application, with no record of which families were still deciding and no system prompting the next conversation.
What we built
An admissions system built around the tour: automated post-visit nurture across email and SMS, an enrollment pipeline that shows exactly where every family stands, campaign attribution on advertising spend, and automated engagement on social comments and direct messages.
What it runs on
Claude handles enquiry triage and drafts the family-specific follow-up the admissions team sends — so the message reads like a person wrote it, because a person still approves it.
The through line
The hard part is never the software.
Three of these companies came to us with years of accumulated tools, spreadsheets, inboxes and workarounds that people had quietly organized their jobs around. One came to us with nothing at all, which carries the opposite problem: no precedent for what the system should even be. Both are design problems before they're technical ones — and that's the work we're good at.
