CRM Automation & Claude AI Integration Services | Aurea

Services

We only build one thing. It just has four layers.

Aurea doesn't sell websites, CRM setups and AI consulting as separate line items. We sell the working system. Here's what's inside it.

Layer 01 · 02

Website & lead capture

The site is not a brochure. It's the intake valve of the revenue system, and it gets engineered that way.

  • Positioning and message architecture before a single page is designed
  • Full site design and build — responsive, fast, accessible, credible to enterprise buyers
  • Conversion paths mapped to each buyer type, not one generic contact form
  • Forms, surveys, calendars, chat and call tracking wired directly into the CRM
  • Source and campaign attribution on every inbound lead
  • Landing pages and funnels for campaigns, events and partner programs
  • Analytics and conversion tracking configured and verified against real traffic

Layer 03

CRM, pipeline & automation

The engine room. Configured to how you actually sell — then automated until the repetitive work disappears.

  • Complete platform configuration: users, permissions, domains, sending infrastructure
  • Pipelines and stages modeled on your real sales motion, not a template
  • Tag-triggered workflow architecture — every trigger, condition, wait step and action documented
  • Multi-channel follow-up: email, SMS, ringless voicemail, appointment reminders
  • Lead scoring, routing and assignment rules
  • Contracts, proposals and e-signature delivered inside the system
  • Membership and training portals for partners, staff or customers
  • Referral and affiliate tracking with automated commission calculation
  • Reporting dashboards leadership will actually open
  • Compliance setup — messaging registration, consent capture, opt-out handling

Layer 05

Handoff & ongoing operations

We build to leave. That's not a limitation — it's the whole design goal.

  • Complete written documentation of every workflow, tag, field and integration
  • Live training for the people who will run it, recorded for the ones who join later
  • Operator sourcing and training when you don't have someone internal
  • A supervised first weeks so the handoff sticks
  • Optional monthly retainer for optimization, new campaigns and expansion
  • Full ownership of the system stays with you — accounts, data and all

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

What does Aurea Growth Partners do?

Aurea Growth Partners is a digital systems consultancy that designs and builds complete revenue systems for established companies. A single engagement covers four layers: the website, lead capture and attribution, CRM configuration and automation, and a Claude-powered intelligence layer that runs inside the system after launch. Every engagement is delivered by one architect rather than an account team.

What is the Claude C-Wing?

The Claude C-Wing is the operating intelligence layer Aurea builds into every system. It researches prospects before outreach, qualifies and routes inbound enquiries, drafts follow-up and correspondence, summarizes calls onto the contact record, and produces weekly pipeline digests. It is not a chatbot on a website — it works inside the CRM alongside the team. Claude drafts and flags; people decide.

How long does a full system build take?

A complete build — website, CRM, automation and the Claude C-Wing — typically runs six to fourteen weeks depending on scope and how many stakeholders need to sign off. Architecture audits run two to four weeks. Every project is scoped in writing before work begins, so the timeline is agreed up front rather than discovered along the way.

What does an engagement cost?

Engagements are scoped and priced against the specific system being built, not billed off a published rate card. Full system builds are fixed-fee against a written scope. Retainers run in monthly blocks on 60 to 90 day terms. Payment is typically split half at kickoff and half on delivery. You receive the full scope, deliverables, hours and payment terms in writing before anything starts.

Do we own the system after it is built?

Yes, completely. Accounts, data, documentation and administrative access sit in your name from day one, not ours. Nothing in an Aurea engagement is structured to make leaving expensive. The handoff includes written documentation of every workflow, tag, field and integration, plus live training for the people who will run it.

What happens after handoff — do we have to keep paying you?

No. Aurea builds to leave. The engagement ends with documentation, training and a supervised first few weeks of independent operation. If you do not have an internal operator, we will source and train one for you. Monthly retainers are available for companies that want continuous build capacity, but the system is designed to run without us and you should be able to decline one.

Do you work with companies that already have a CRM?

Most of our clients do. Existing platforms are usually not the problem — the missing architecture connecting them is. Engagements often begin by mapping what is actually happening across current tools, spreadsheets and inboxes, including the workarounds nobody documented, then rebuilding the pipeline and automation layer on top of what is worth keeping.

What industries does Aurea work in?

Aurea has delivered systems across deep tech and geophysics, private capital and mining, AI software, education, healthcare, financial advisory and professional services — more than fifty platform deployments in total. The architecture holds across industries because the underlying problem is the same: demand arrives, nobody owns it, and follow-up depends on memory.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

A marketing agency generates demand and hands it to you. Aurea builds the system that captures, works and reports on that demand — then documents it and steps back. We also do not split the work across vendors: the site, the CRM, the automation and the intelligence layer are designed and built together by the same architect, so there is no integration project waiting on the other side of launch.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Model A

Full system build

The complete engagement: website, CRM, automation and Claude layer delivered as one project with a fixed scope and a fixed fee.

Typical: 60–180 hours · 6–14 weeks
Model B

Systems retainer

Monthly engagement for companies in continuous build — new campaigns, new automations, new markets. Minimum block, billed half up front.

Typical: 60–90 day terms, renewable
Model C

Architecture & audit

You have the team but not the blueprint. We map the system, document the architecture, and hand your developers a build guide they can execute.

Typical: 2–4 weeks, fixed fee

Every engagement is scoped and priced against your specific system — not off a rate card. Scope, hours, deliverables and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
